The RAMP-FRB™ is bundling of the RAMP-DBA™ and the RAMP-TQC™ together to provide the First Responder the ability to securely carry a Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT™) within the RAMP® along with the RAMP-DBA™ to attach the RAMP-TQC™ to current Law Enforcement Duty type belts. The flanged bottom and velco straps of the RAMP-TQC™ facilitate rapid access to the CAT™ every time. (CAT™ not included).
